I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Dubai Festival Mall, especially for watching the fireworks on New Year's Eve. However, I did experience some issues with the AC initially, but the staff did their best to resolve it. The housekeeping could use some improvements, as my toiletries weren't replenished towards the end of my stay.
I had an overall great time at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and the really good service from the staff, especially Imad and Vinayalal, really stood out. However, it was a bit far from the main attractions, which was manageable since I rented a car. If they had a shuttle service, it would have made my stay even better.
